Our client envisions a fusion of a Starbucks drive-thru and Sixt renting desks, seamlessly integrated with VIP and general parking. The Starbucks design prioritizes efficient traffic flow and strategic placement of the drive-thru, rental desks, and parking zones, drawing inspiration from the dynamic atmosphere of an American shopping mall.

The first page details the client’s vision for a fluid traffic flow, outlining precise locations for the Starbucks drive-thru, Sixt renting desks, and designated parking areas. The layout ensures a harmonious coexistence of functional elements, creating an accessible and efficient space.
