Project Overview

This project involves creating detailed exterior and interior visualizations for a cultural community center. The visualizations will help the client visualize the final appearance of the center, ensuring the design aligns with their expectations and requirements.

Exterior Visualization

• Exterior Material: The exterior of the building will be finished with white plaster, providing a clean and modern look.
• Design Focus: The visualizations will highlight the building’s architectural details, the layout, and the interaction with the surrounding environment.

Interior Visualization

Functional Hall:

• Flooring: Wooden flooring to provide a warm and inviting atmosphere.
• Features:
  • Three volleyball courts for recreational activities.
  • A stage for performances and events.
  • Soundproofing wooden panels on the walls to enhance acoustics and minimize noise disruption.

Offices and Meeting Rooms:

• Flooring: Grey carpet to create a professional and comfortable environment.
• Design: The layout will be designed to facilitate productivity and collaboration.

Washrooms:

• Flooring: Off-white tiles for a clean and sanitary appearance.
• Wall Tiles: A combination of black and white tiles to add a touch of elegance and contrast.

Store Room:

• Flooring: Off-white tiles, similar to the washrooms, to maintain a cohesive look throughout the utility areas.
