Modern Pitched Roof House Visualization
This project showcases a complete residential exterior visualization where the client requested two design variations of the same house model—one featuring a modern white façade and the other utilizing warm brick materials. The goal was to help the client compare design aesthetics, understand the impact of material choices, and visualize how each version enhances curb appeal. Both designs were developed with precise architectural detailing and high-quality rendering to support confident decision-making before construction.
Architectural Concept
The concept focuses on flexibility and comparative visualization. The house maintains the same massing, geometry, and pitched roof form across both styles, while the materials dramatically change the character of each version.
The white modern version delivers a clean, minimal, and contemporary Scandinavian-inspired look.
The brick version provides a warm, traditional, and timeless appearance suitable for suburban and UK-style neighborhoods.
By presenting both looks, the client can clearly evaluate how materials influence warmth, sophistication, and architectural identity.
3D Visualization & Rendering
The renderings were produced to show both façade options in realistic lighting conditions with accurate shadow behavior, detailed roofing textures, and lifelike material mapping. Multiple camera angles were generated to highlight front elevations, side angles, and street context. Natural landscaping, vehicles, and environmental elements were added to enhance realism and provide a true sense of scale.
